Home Study Complete

We had our home study on Saturday and everything went wonderfully. Our social worker, Leslie, asked us a lot of questions about our life in the past and life now. She interviewed Justin and I separately at first. Then we came back together and interviewed together. Gabriel slept through all of the interviewing and we had to go in there to wake him up from his nap so that Leslie could meet him. When he woke up he said, "Are we going to get my baby sister?" After Leslie left, he asked us again, "Where is my baby sister?" We keep reminding him that God could provide him with a baby brother too. He's so excited and so are we. Now we just wait until we get the phone call. While we are waiting, we are praying protection and peacefulness all upon the baby. Thanks for the prayers!

Hey guys- we are so excited for you! We're praying for you and the baby! Justin- here is an email I received today from a teacher at KHS. Great job! :) ----

Hi Ms. Vercher,

You don’t know me, but my youngest son had Mr. V as his Kindergarten teacher at Roosevelt Alexander some years ago. He still misses him and often talks about him. My son’s name is Einar Hvatum, he is now at the new Bonnie Holland in 5th grade.

Please extend my greetings to Mr.V, he made an impression!
