A Homerun Game

 

Gabriel gets baseball ready!

 

Gabriel hit his first homerun today!  He walked up to bat, placed his feet, then slammed the ball to the fence.  My speedster ran as fast as he could then slid into home plate!  Safe!!!  A Homerun!

 

After the celebration picture:  when he walked into the dugout, he was greeted with a dugout full of boys celebrating and giving him high fives and hugs.  This picture was after the coach got everyone to settle down and sit back down on the bench.

 Case was full of smiles last night at the game.  He actually does watch his big brother play- in little spurts.  He adores his big brother and big sister.  He gets all giddy when they act silly.

And Brooklyn made a friend, Emerson.  She is six months younger than Brooklyn, and they get along great.  Last night, it was a little chilly, so the girls spread out a blanket and covered up with a different blanket.  That lasted about five minutes, then they were off doing something else.  Such sweet girls:)
