We decided not to buy a Gingerbread House Kit this year. We wanted to try and make it ourselves from scratch. I always feel bad letting my kids eat a kit-made house because it is hard as a rock, and who knows how long its been in that box. So, I made lots of gingerbread and attempted to do it ourselves. I think we were pretty successful.
