Field Trip Friday

Gabriel had off of school on Friday, so after Case's first nap, we headed out the door for a little zoo field trip.  When we got there, Gabriel became our tour guide and led the way.  We started in the opposite direction we normally go, and we got to see tons of new animals we never get to see.  We usually only have time to do half of the zoo when we go because of one or two of the kids getting tired.  This time, we were able to focus on Texas wildlife and lots of reptiles.  We all even got to pet a snake. 
About half way into the field trip, Gabriel started looking a little sleepy and talked about a headache.  So, we headed out in that direction and made our way home.  When we got home, Gabriel had a fever.  My poor guy was hanging tough at the zoo:(
